These Terms of Service govern your use of the Finishing Touch HS website and the restoration services we provide directly to our customers in Fairfield, CA and surrounding communities.
Who We Are
Finishing Touch HS is a direct provider of restoration services. We perform all work ourselves under our own crew, licensing, and insurance. We are not a lead-generation service, referral network, or dispatcher for third-party contractors, and we do not transfer your service request to another company without your consent. Licensed and insured in California; specific license numbers will be listed here once confirmed.
Estimates and Scope of Work
Estimates provided verbally or in writing are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final scope and cost may change if additional damage is discovered after work begins. Change orders will be documented and approved before additional work continues.
Insurance Coordination
When requested, we document the loss and coordinate with your insurance carrier. Payment of your claim remains between you and your carrier; you are responsible for the invoice regardless of coverage decisions.
Communication
By submitting a quote request or calling us, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your service request.
